When Nokia need some insight to help steer its global retail strategy, it gets Vital on the phone.

One such project has seen us tapping into the trend of ‘personalisation’ and looking at how it could be developed and applied in Nokia stores.

Some of it is still a bit hush hush, but we're proud to be involved in such industry-leading work and are pleased to say that the actvity is being applied across eleven new pilots in South Asia.
